Assignment one ~ Wall Decoration - 2008 Aug 14
My 1st assignment .....
Wall Decoration
What materials we have for this assignment.
9 pieces of three different size of wood, some dried flower and leaves, as well as 2 slices of dried organe, etc., what else....
Need to draw or picture my design, 2 minutes briefing on my design as well as a file to be kept in record.... woo!!!
ha.... here come my sketch.
..... =.=
.....coming soon >o<....be patient
Having spend 1hr in Jusco to do the shopping on accessories, and 2hrs to do the painting on 2 Aug (Saturday) afternoon. What I've brought are some canned paint in brown, blue and green and white color and also the thinner!! Oh!, all my fingers filled with painting, too :( Hand-treatment required for compensation ! Well, painted wood by Designer, of course, myself :) Not too bad lah!!! But it takes at least a day to make it dry........ =.= Kitchen (the painting room) was full of painting smell.... Kill time activities on Typhoon no.8 ..... working on my assignment !! Just finished the bird cage... Take a look of my preliminary design.... the bird cage tied with dried orange slice.... the upper blue-wood represented "Sky" the back green-wood is "Mountain" the lower brown-wood is "Earth"![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh0uTf7pDU_N7eAgOuqm7EcMSd42Ck-rNKi7yOrd4QYr2a5tF5wakwHxxoLk1_08gzfpO2v0EkzJ6wUtwtCzzIIz6sihTn3O35fRZC4engCbgx6OdZZr_Uem8b0G7ryd7lAG6IMcuu6MkdE/s320/DSC03417.JPG)
************************************************
All sort of accessories in place, does it look ok? the most difficult part is to tied the cage.
I thought I just like a carpenter, or lantern maker... maybe next time I could tied a ribbon lantern lah!!! it's my favourite lantern when I was a kid... :)

Here come the finished masterpiece......
My 1st hand-made wall decoration....
